Carve the Mediterranean: Premier Wakeboarding at Konnos Bay
Riders must be at least 10 years old. Wakeboarding requires core strength and balance; therefore, it is not recommended for individuals with knee, back, or shoulder injuries, nor for pregnant women.
While you will be wearing a high-grade buoyancy aid, all participants must be comfortable and confident swimming in deep, open water.
The use of our provided Coast Guard-approved impact vests (life jackets) is strictly mandatory for all riders, regardless of professional experience level. Helmets are available upon request and are highly recommended for those attempting aerial tricks.
The secret to a perfect wakeboard session is “glassy” water. Unlike the open beaches of Ayia Napa and main Protaras, which can suffer from heavy afternoon chop, Konnos Bay is nestled between high coastal cliffs. This natural geography blocks the prevailing Mediterranean winds, creating a calm, flat-water haven. Whether you are attempting your first deep-water start or throwing a backroll off the wake, the consistent surface conditions at Mike’s Watersports provide the ultimate environment for progression.
Pro Tip (Information Gain): For the absolute best water conditions, book your wakeboard session during our “Dawn Patrol” hours between 08:30 AM and 10:00 AM. The water is completely untouched by other boat traffic, giving you a pristine surface to carve.
We recognize that a first-time wakeboarder has very different needs than a seasoned pro. For the 2026 season, we have structured our pricing and fleet to accommodate every skill level:
